You receive a 20% commission from the monthly fee, which you can track on the Vemoco partner portal. The commission is paid out monthly.

How does the collaboration work?

If you decide to become a Vemoco partner, the process is as follows:

  1. We enter into a partnership agreement (either a reseller or a sales agency agreement, according to your preference).

In the case of a reseller agreement:

  1. We deliver to you a mutually agreed-upon quantity of devices.
  2. When you sell a car, you plug the device into the car.
  3. The customer signs the service contract with your dealership.
  4. The car owner downloads the VEMOCO application to the phone and can immediately use the device and service. After this, your only task is to invoice your customer for the service fee (like your own service fees or insurance fees if applicable). VEMOCO then invoices you monthly, based on the actual number of services provided.

In the case of an agency agreement:

  1. When you sell or service a car, you can recommend the VEMOCO service. If there is interest, you provide the customer with your partner code along with information about the VEMOCO service. With this code, the customer can access the Vemoco service at a discounted rate compared to purchasing online. Additionally, this code identifies your company for earning the agency commission after the sale.
  2. The customer independently purchases on the www.vemoco.com website using your partner code to get a discounted price.
  3. We deliver the VEMOCO device to the customer, who plugs it into the car's OBD connector.
  4. The car owner downloads the VEMOCO application to the phone and can immediately use the device and service.

After this, you have no further tasks. VEMOCO will send you a monthly report based on the current number of services provided, according to the quantity of purchases made with your partner code. This will continue as long as the contract with the subscriber remains in effect, and based on this report, you can issue your monthly invoice to VEMOCO.
